British/Commonwealth MK II Brodie Helmet-South African

WW2 British MK II Brodie Helmet dated 1940 with a Jager Rand marked liner band and surviving internal liner and chinstrap components. The helmet retains its broad rolled rim, shallow steel bowl, khaki and tan exterior finish, and central crown screw assembly. The liner band is marked Jager Rand and dated 1940. Heavy oxidation, pitting, staining, paint loss, fraying, and deterioration are present throughout, while the liner and chinstrap remain in place despite substantial age-related wear.
