Wehrmacht Tricolour Helmet Shield – Wire Prongs

Wehrmacht helmet shield with a diagonal black, silver and red tricolour finish on a stamped metal body. The reverse retains its wire mounting prongs. The painted surface is heavily worn and partially flaked with broad patina and age staining, while the shield remains complete and the prongs remain intact and unbent.
