Iron Cross Ribbon Buttonhole with Swords Device

Buttonhole ribbon device with black, white and red folded ribbon mounted on a black backing disk. The front carries a brass crossed swords device and the reverse retains the pin fitting. The Iron Cross 2nd Class is not awarded with swords; the photo shows swords on an Iron Cross colour ribbon. The ribbon shows minor fraying, the swords emblem has light tarnish, and the piece remains in good field-worn condition.
