Army Parachutist Badge – L/58 Rudolf Souval

Army parachutist badge by Rudolf Souval, Wien, marked L/58, with a silvered diving eagle clutching a swastika on a gilt oak-leaf wreath. The reverse has a block hinge, long pin, bottom catch, and two rivets through the eagle. Souval used L/58 on wartime work and on later replacement pieces, and this badge is listed in that early postwar context. Silvering is worn on the eagle, with light toning on the wreath and working hardware.
